Bridging Finance

These bridging schemes are particularly useful if you require funds for an unusual or quick purchase, and are a great benefit if you are undergoing present mortgage difficulties. You can repay all existing borrowings and for up to a 12 month period have a breathing space to re-organise your finances with no repayments to make to the bridge lender. At the end of the period you can remortgage at standard rates and make a fresh start.

Loan to value - 60%
Charge rate - 3% above base plus 1.5% per month facility fee
Property - Residential, Commercial or Semi-Commercial
Brokerage fee - Added to loan
Repayment - Repayments are deducted from the advance
CCJ's, Arrears - These are always considered
Purpose - Unrestricted
